The freshmen arrived on a Friday in bright and sunny summer weather. Thus it was deliciously ironic that after their parents left and classes started today, the rain started pouring.
And did it pour. The first sign that it was a little bit more rain than normal was the sound of water streaming down from the student center's gutters. Walking outside, I heard the screams and shouts of bewildered students who were apparently unaccustomed to such precipitation.
